        I had to go to this branch as my Erdington branch is permanently closed. Very frustrating to see that deposit option was not working in ATM outside bank. it is a must as probably only reason these days for people to come to bank is deposit otherwise everything else is online.

        This store doesn't always have many staff but recently seems to have turned things around with very polite helpful staff on hand your doing a great job

        First time in this Nationwide branch. Easy to find at the end of The Parade. Needed to draw out a load of cash. Half 10 on a Saturday morning and hardly a queue. Dealt with efficiently and politely by Helen, at the counter.

        Had a telephone appointment today 20/8/20 with Stacey fielding got to say she was very professional through out the appointment explaining everythink in great deal even after making my choice of which account was best and having difficulty in signing forms online she said if I was still having trouble with it after the other appointments she had this afternoon she would phone me back and true to her word she did and she talked me through it step by step and got it sorted Stacey is a true credit to your bank
