Don't pay contractors on time. Had to fight all the way. They have even tried it on with a "pay when paid" method of payment. Now looking to be in administration leaving us owed circa 12k, although they still owe other contractors & design team a hell of a lot more. Suspected this was going to happen mid last year. Should have been quicker off the mark.
