Me and my mom had the most amazing experience in this bridal shop. Both Sona and Elle went above and beyond to find the most perfect dress for my mom and we couldnt be more thankful. Would definitely recommend to anyone! X

Fantastic customer service! I brought a prom dress and 3 of my friends came to buy theres too! Sona was great so kind and made us all feel at home! Would definitely recommend for holy communion too as they have a wide range of dresses and accessories!

Sona was absolutely amazing! She altered my wedding dress for me and made it fit like a glove - I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and Sona went such a long way to helping me feel like that. She spotted imperfections where we hadn't and was able to fix them so that they were completely gone! She hand-stitched the bottom of my dress so that it could retain its scalloped hem and you could not see the work that had been done - it was incredible. Sona also offered to add on a bustle which I hadn't thought of (and it was a life-saver in the evening) and secretly added a patch from my mum to the inside of my dress. Sona also altered one of my bridesmaid's dresses, even removing different coloured fastenings from the straps to make it look more expressive and polished. She was quick to reply to emails, flexible with bookings and was so friendly to both me and my mum at appointments. She always asked me how wedding planning was going and would remember between appointments. She seemed to genuinely care about me and my wedding and made me feel so special in my dress. I could not recommend her services enough. Thank you Sona
