I had wooden stutters from the company there have replaced them twice because with the weight of them they keep droping so there is gaps between each slats I have emailed them again because it has happened again now they are telling there is nothing wrong with them would not recommend this company the quality is very poor

Had our shutters fitted today they are beautiful. I expected them to be nice but they have exceeded our expectations. Jake and Kirsty were here today and worked really hard to fit a large number of shutters. Would highly recommend!

Really wish I could give them 5stars. The shutters are lovely to look at; however, its been an absolute nightmare of a process. May 2021: shutters ordered Sep 2021: shutters fitted - however, we were unable to close the shutters so the fitter said someone would come to sort this out within 2 weeks. Shutters were full of muck when fitted and we had to clean the shutters. After 2 weeks: no one contacted us, and I followed up with a call After 3 weeks: fitter came to sort out the shutter that wasnt closing. He informed us they would have to be removed and reordered. He said this would take 4-6 weeks. Heard nothing from Purely Shutters so I called them again to confirm this message had been passed onto their own team. They told me it would be 8-10 WEEKS for new shutters to be fitted. So in total from order to hopefully the new shutters being fitted: 8 months. Unfortunately, wont be using this company again in the future when I move.
