brought a Haibike E mountain bike from this shop on 16/04/2022. can i say the lads were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. i would defo recommend this company and shop in particular . keep up the good work lads. R Evans, Atherstone.

This shop was recommended by a friend so went in to buy an E-Bike ,the service I received from Paul was excellent took time to explain how they worked and let me test ride as many different bikes as I wanted and explained the differences between them , ordered my new bike and on handover day the time was taken to ensure I was completely happy , great atmosphere in the shop and the other lad in the shop was really helpful and helped me load the bike in the car , great service would highly recommend they will have my repeat business.

Purchased my cube hybrid tourer in November and had a fabulous customer experience in store. I have just took it in for its first service and again received an excellent service, honestly this place cannot do enough for you highly recommend.

Appalling shop avoid like the plague, took my bike in twice in short time frame where they done nothing to resolve on both occasions, having made a 3rd verbal complaint of my customer dissatisfaction regarding the trash bike with dangerous unfit for purpose tyres (schwalbe brand) I was told I'm banned from the shop and unwelcome unless I apologise apologise for what? Voicing my honest opinion and providing evidence, Duncan is a good guy as 4 Paul,nikki and dane they r just fruit machines stop putting money in you get nothing out total cowboys and Rob dogs. Slag each other off behind each others backs and the like not a team u want be a part of!
