Went into the store today to make enquiries about purchasing a winter road bike. Hung around for 15 minutes, no staff insight. Left unimpressed

The team were fantastic. Jay and his colleague (didn't catch his name) were very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a gold service performed where they fit new cables etc... they suggested that I popped back in in around 6 weeks and they'd re-fit any cables that had stretched, and also offered to look at the cog on my turbo trainer as they felt it had given excessive wear to the chain. Overall, top guys.

So far so good, as a Bike Workshop Owner I'm always appreciating when other Bike Shops are exceeding true the time and they keep up with the cycling industry. My words will not maybe express how happy I'm am when I pass all the time in this types of bike shops. One of them it's Evans Cycling and I've been passing for almost 7 years. Despite that some customers are not very happy, I con consider my self a happy one, in most of my purchases that I've done with this company. I will not exaggerate at all by telling you guys that I've never been disappointed. Mainly because I knew in most cases what I wanted, I had patience and good communication skills. Now, what I like the most here, is that whenever you got in this Evans bike branches you'll always find something that's new. From a simple jersey, bike lights, stem adaptors, mudguards, sun glasses to new bikes from top companies as Trek, Specialised, Cannondale, Cube, Brompton and Haibike as main examples. Much new, they got eBikes equipped with good quality motors, from Bosch. Another aspects witch it's very important for me and also for all customers, will be how Tidy and clean its the Bike Shop, how well the VL's (visual merchandise) it's done. It's very easy to find products that are very well organised on the shelves. Some bike shops they struggle bad on this main key standard! They cover a lots of products from: - Food supplements / Nutrition - Bottle and Bottle Cages - Light from Moon, Cateye, Bontrager and Lezyne... - Locks from Abus, Kryptonite, Hiplock, Trelock... - Innertubes from Specialised and Schwalbe - Tyres from Continental, Schwalbe, Maxxis and Panaracer. - Saddles, Stems and Handlebars - Bike carriers, carrier bags from Ortlieb and Altura and rear child bike seats from Homax. - Repair Bike stands and bike tools for repairs from Park Tool - Mudguards from Topeak and Sks - Backpacks from Camelbak - Cassette, Chainsets, chains, brake systems and pads, bottom brackets from Sram and Shimano. - Aftercare products for maintaining your bike from Mucoff brand. - Glasses from a well brand Oakley - Pedals from DMR, Shimano, Look and Pinnacle - Bike grips and bartapes - Elbow and knee protections - Gloves and socks from Sealskin, Fox Racing, Endura and Altura - Bike helmets from Bell, Giro and Specialised. - Bike shoes from 5.10/Adidas, Giro, Bontrager, Specialised and Pinnacle Bike you find from kids age till youth. You can find in this store bikes models such as TimeTrial, Road, Gravel, Hardtail, Full suspension, Folding and BMX. For kids you can find also some stunts scooters and escooter as well. They've got a clothing department where you can find good brands such as Fox Racinng, Endura, Altura... brands. They have a bike workshop and they are having a price list with all the bike services that they provide. Call their branch and speak with Jordan and Jemma As a company and branch they have a lots of good quality stock. My recommendation to some cyclists, please have patience and to book repairs in advance, as being on the last minute it's not good.
