        Picked up a wonderful bike today, and had a lovely chat with the owner whilst I was there about the bike, potential accessories and general guidance for cycling home. On my way home I must have hit some bumps and knocked the rear wheel out of alignment, and he was straight out with tools to me to help me get back on my way, and even left me with some tools to make sure I made it back. Can't recommend them enough.

        Friendly knowledgeable staff nothing is too much trouble. I reluctantly gave up cycling some years ago due to Parkinsons disease but recently wondered if a trike could be the answer. Peter and Jim invited me to their Monday sessions where I could have a test ride after some tuition and encouragement. To my great delight it was a success, and look forward to many happy miles cycling thanks to Bikes and Trikes.
