First time I tried this place, Turned up on time and was made to wait 45 mins!..worst hair cut Ive had, asked for long layers and a trim, ended up with a chop with no layers what so ever, had to ask again to layer front, asked for a volume blow dry, my hair was flat as a pancake with frizz bits at the front, had to ask again to blow dry and get the fizz out.so a haircut and blow dry took all in 2hrs!! Ridiculous!
