Kimono is a brilliant establishment with brilliant professionals!! I have been having my hair done here for years and always receive quality service. A special mention to Tyler and Roman, who are not only knowledgeable but creative with their approach and give thorough consultations. Roman my shining hero, saved the day for me and for that i will be eternally grateful, I was let down by my hairdresser from another salon and I was due to have my christmas and holiday ruined, went to Kimono and they was just going to close due to it being christmas eve, the owner Robin said that he was leaving and asked if Roman would mind helping me out and without any hesitation he came to the rescue. I was looked after like it was not a problem and felt like a princess when I left, this is customer service platinum level. Robin always does a fantasic job highlighting my hair and it stays so healthy between visits despite how blonde I like it. The salon is a lovely atmosphere and the staff are all so friendly and accommodating.
