I had eyelash extensions done on 21/3/23 they were late on arriving then kept me waiting for a further 15mins once in there, the lash extension were awful and none existent! What was put on started falling of by the evening ! The lady was new but clearly did not know what she was doing it took her over 2hours .Needless to say I will not be returning back. Not a great experience I wouldnt advise being waxed here. I had my bikini line and upper legs done and now Ive got bruises on my bikini line and thighs. Which isnt the end of the world , but if I was going on holiday etc Id be very upset. Dont get me wrong Im smooth, the hair has been removed okay, unlike some places Ive been where stubble was left etc. But from the second I walked in it just felt like the lady who waxed me didnt know what she was doing. I was left for about 5 mins on the bed for the wax to warm up, as she had to call another lady in to get it to warm up. She spoke about 4 words to me , which again is ok - but when Ive been to boldmere heaven scent to get waxed for example , theyll always talk to you the whole way and I feel it helps being distracted. This is my second time being waxed and I thought Id try somewhere cheaper , I payed 23 which is a cheap nice price, but I did get what I payed for. The shop as a whole is very pretty and very clean; just wouldnt advised being waxed. Service: Waxing
