Refresh Aesthetics

I visited Jo in December and paid 215 for botox. I say botox, the product Jo used which is called Bocouture is an extremely inferior product. Please do your research, I really wish I would have! It was the first time I visited Jo at Refresh for botox and after my initial treatment I had to go back a further two times to have top ups and by the middle of January any effects of the botox had totally worn off. I text Jo to let her know that it had only lasted six weeks and asked her if that was normal and she didn't reply. I have called and left her a voice message and she still hasn't replied. She comes across as really friendly and chatty but I now know from experience it's all an act. If she was genuine she would have at least called me to explain. I've had botox before and it has lasted for months not weeks, so I know it's the Bocouture product that she uses and not anything I could have done to lessen the effects. Please DO NOT waste your time and hard earned money having botox at Refresh or you will end up feeling extremely disappointed with the rubbish end result!!

Highly recommend Jo, she is incredible with a needle. Ive used for for a couple of years now. Always really pleased with the results. Anybody I have recommended is too.

Had this done in december and the productwas weak and unsatisfactory, is not the brand of botox she uses but azzalure instead, I went back three times my friend included and still had a very poor result. Last appointment I had with her I really didn't like her tone of voice saying it was my second top up. Well if I had had done want I requested and paid for the first time, I wouldn't need come back a second and a third. AVOID.
