TONI&GUY Sutton Coldfield

Came here expecting to get some great curtain bangs. I left the shop happy as my hair was diffused lovely even though I thought it was odd that the bangs werent styled. Its only since then Ive realised how uneven and badly cut it is. Used to go to the branch in Worcester for a regular trim and I always loved the standard there. Feeling pretty unhappy as I paid 57 in total for cut and blow dry with bangs and this was the result.

Couldnt recommend this salon enough. From the moment I walked in the door the receptionist was very friendly and helpful & gave a lovely warm welcome. I had my hair cut by Ellie and it is by far the best experience I have had. She took time with me in the consultation to understand my needs and wants for my hair & she couldnt have dont a better job, it is perfect!!! If I could give the whole experience more stars I would! I had a wonderful experience here at TONI&GUY Sutton Coldfield. All the team were unbelievably professional.Nat is a fantastic Color technician, and chose the perfect colour for my skin tone. Ryan was my stylist who worked his magic, and also did my wedding hair which was amazing. I would highly recommend to friends and family to go to this hair salon for highest standard of hairdressing. Great service from the moment I walked in! Friendly welcome at the reception, been offered a hot/cold drink. At the beginning of the appointment my hairstylist discussed the whole process with me, showed me different options and advised on suitable treatment and hair style (exactly what I needed as wasnt sure what would be the best due to the condition of my hair). During the process she kept checking on me and making sure Im comfortable. Absolutely loved the look at the end and will definitely be returning! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring, Balayage, Blowouts
