        Went to the bank this morning (Saturday) I wanted to get a bag if one pound coins, only to be told that there is no counter service on a Saturday, when I asked how do I obtain some change I was told to try the post office.

        This is only natwest for miles. Thank god we have one. Great customer service. Access machine out side. Que are not too long. Just grateful we have one. So many closed down

        Wanted to make a large transfer to my solicitor could not do it online because of the amount Waited for 40min apparently only 1 person in the branch could do this and they were busy All local branches have been closed so when ever I need to go to Athens sutton branch there's always a issue I've been let down by natwest too many times now and will be taking my business elsewhere in the new year thanks for wasting my time yet again natwest
