        Santander is closing many branches so many of us are going to Sutton so ques will be bigger, staff are doing their best and they do it well a bit of praise or a thank you goes a long way (well done)

        Very very very very slow service!!! No apologie for waiting 20min or more in the queue when your next and you've got 5 others waiting behind you! Joke! Very bad branch to go into. And staff need to stop the chatting for 15min or more and serve your customers!! Ridiculous.

        Popped in on a Saturday morning hoping to get some advice on an ISA. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff who helped me, and gave me some other advice on my finances. Very pleased, top marks Santander Sutton Coldfield.
