Lovely helpful member of staff approached us in the queue to find out what we needed. She then helped us to register a death and sort out some standing orders Very professional and kind, took us into a side office for privacy Counter staff were friendly and helpful as well

I need to utilize the space better as there are only two kiosks, which leads to long queues. Staff friendly but this branch has sadly gone downhill, their opening times are often different to what are stated on their website.

Been a customer for years but they are terrible. Cause of Covid made to queue outside in the rain like a peasant in a LONG queue just to pay some money in. I didn't even bother, looked inside the window and the place is empty, like 1 or 2 customers at a time. Utterly ridiculous. No other banks or retail stores are doing this. I'll be taking my money somewhere else.
