I went to see Nick as my ears were feeling blocked and my hearing I could tell was being affected. He examined my ears, showed me photos and then explained the microsuction procedure to me before he bagan. The cleaning was very quick and painless, and immediately after my head felt lighter and my ears were clear - I was hearing background noise again that I hadn't heard for a while. Nick then showed me the after 'after' pictures which confirmed the job was done! He even emailed them to me. I can't recommend Nick highly enough - he's a really friendly guy that talks everything through and does a great job. Great service all round!

Great Experience. Took my elderly father to have wax removed as he could barely hear and was really affecting his confidence. One ear 100% blocked second 90%, Steven who was brilliant with Dad had them both completely clear within 30 minutes . Its made such a difference for my Dad . 10/10 service . Thanks SHH

After suffering with tinnitus and, more recently, loss of hearing due to water ingress, I have seen Nick for ear wax removal today and am extremely pleased with the results. Nick was very professional, explained the procedure and took time to answer all my questions. I can definitely recommend him.

Both of my ears were problematic and not surprising as Nick and Steve showed me photos and they were full of wax. Pain free and very quick vacuum suction of both ears and a little bit of older style water swilling soon extracted the wax and I felt like a new woman! Full hearing restored! Friendly and professional service! Would recommend !
