Excellent service. Luke was very thorough and took time and care to view our property and came up with a number of options, some of which we didnt even think about. Clear design and communication throughout. We now have a fantastic living area that meets the needs of our family as it grows.

Its been a refreshing experience working with a company who have such a clear yet detailed approach towards design and planning. We live in a period property located in a conservation area and by working alongside Luke and the bi Design team we have been able to create the perfect living/kitchen space we were looking for. The design was in keeping with the existing building, yet provided the modern touch we were after, which allowed us to achieve planning permission on the first attempt. bi Design are now supporting us with a commercial scheme and I look forward to working with them on many more future projects.

Clear, knowledgeable and understanding consultation, great suggestions throughout the idea development process and efficient liaison with third-party consultants & Planning personnel. An attractive proposal was the result, receiving planning consent at first pass which, all else being equal, is perhaps the best recommendation I can offer!
