Dave came out to do an initial quotation, which was highly competitive. Arranged a date to come back and do work on a large oak tree and conifer. Excellent job done, Dave and his colleague worked really hard and left no mess at all. Would highly recommend.

Black Cat, Wylde Green, lowered 2 enormous conifers situated over the garden path. They turned up on time and the trees were carefully shaped at the top and stray branches trimmed at the sides to give a very neat appearance. All cuttings and trimmings removed and path swept clean. A lovely job.

Dave cut down two trees for us and we paid extra to have the stumps ground down. All the debris from the stumps was dumped in the boarders under our fir trees without telling us. One of the trees stumps was not ground down correctly and has left us with trees coming up all over the lawn and around the trunk. I messaged and asked Dave to pop back to have a look including pictures with no reply but reading my message. I left a phone message too with no reply. Is this really a way to treat a customers who have paid in good faith for you to do a good job? Really not the best way to keep clients or get recommendations.
