        Didnt book an appointment or even give any indication of us wanting to go through with oven repair and told them no on our second phone call (after multiple times of them trying to contact us and us not responding hoping theyd get the message) yet turned up to our doorstep practically begging for our business. Really strange and discomforting

        I highly recommend Busy Bee Repairs. I rang at Midday today as my grandfathers washing machine was broken. Sonia who took my call was very professional and explained the fees and said she would do her best to get an engineer to me. The engineer ( Sonny) arrived at 2pm to fix the machine and was done by 2.45pm. He was professional, knowledgeable and adhered to covid guidelines while in the house. He diagnosed the issue and repaired the machine in a timely manner. I will be using Busy Bee repairs in future. I was delighted that they were able to repair my machine on the same day ( within 3 hours!) Thank you Sonny and Sonia Kind Regards Thomas Service: Washing machine repair
