        Office staff are rude and aggressive on the telephone. They contact clients and leave missed calls and then verbally abuse clients when that call is returned. The service provision is inconsistent and the management is poor. Absolutely would not recommend.

        I have been with a few care companies but I have to say this is the best care company I have been with, they go above and beyond to make sure things are right, they help chase up appointments, and generally have a sense of humour, which always helps in the care profession. The care manager that covers my area is one of the best I have ever known. The new scheme they are now beginning to implement will only enhance a great company.
