        Staff on never ending lunch breaks. Set the wrong time on their return clock, working in the back but refuse to come serve customers. Should be really convenient instead is the worst for convenience. Staff member genuinely thought the time shown on the clock was 2:30

        Got two keys cut for 20, which took about 15 seconds each, so quite a high hourly charge I think!
