        Customer service quality was terrible. I was just looking at their products and one of the workers shouted at me to go up to the till so I did so not wanting to cause any trouble meaning I had to rush my order and when I received it was cold and soggy.

        Stand in line told no hot chocolate there are three sausage rolls but the give a customer four people behind us the rolls we are told waiting time is four minutes
