Lorraine is an amazing instructor. She has a great understanding of the body anatomy. Her instructions are really clear with light-hearted humour. She has an array of exercises to suit different levels and abilities. As a tall Mobile Massage Therapist and Magic Circle Magician I always use a lot of upper body muscles and on my feet for long periods of time. I have found the stretching and strengthening exercises have made a significant difference to upper back, neck and shoulders. I have no hesitation in recommending Lorraine to first timers to Pilates to the more experienced Pilates person.
