Not a single shift, they keep calling to ask my availability but then you don't here from them for a while. Have Staffshift app which shows only mental health shifts, not ITU which is my speciality... waste of time! Don't bother....

Ambition24hours is a excellent Agency I have been working with them last five years full time but I never had a single issues.Nowdays unfortunately some Males Consultant are very rude and cancelling your shifts at the last minute saying to me the client has cancelled the shift and then I decided phoned the Care Home and asked them did you cancel my shift they said no.. because some Consultant's have they own favourite HCAs for sure.Most of the time the shift I can see it on the staff shift and I pick and go through different Agency because they are most the time don't reply to you but this is nothing to do with Company just some Consultant's What a shame next time If I come across again definitely I will mention name of the consultant on here and report him to the Head office. Ambition24hours is best.

The customer service representative i spoke with was actually shouting on the phone and was not helpful.

Actually I'm not happy with this company I have applied it's nearly 2 months I have to beg fir the people to call back and email mis communications and they don't bother no replying emails can't call them even they block the number it's rude and there is some one call tean Smith he never replied emails that's rude I'm really haveing bad experience with them

Is a shame to work with there staff,the dbs online is no good they have to aply for a new dbs ,ridicolus ignorant staff they have
