        I started working for Caremark Sutton at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. I felt very supported throughout, and there was always someone on the other end of the phone to listen if I had a problem or question. I had enough shifts, the pay was good, and I liked that you could accumulate paid holiday days!

        I started working for Caremark in December I have all the support I need. Every placement I have been I get all the information I need from the Care Manager and the care Coordinator. A big thank you and keep it up

        I WHAT makes a company great is not its size but the way ii operates.I find Caremark Sutton to have respect and value their staff.I have been with them for a long time since 2017. I have find them so supportive,ready to help and advise on work issues.They are very good at keeping staff on top of situations as front line workforce even on weekends and public holidays. There is not a time I needed support and could not find it. PPE is always available. And They are open to receive feedback from Carers.
