Puppets in the hands of Landlord. Trying to blame their incompetence on tenants for the repairs. Changed 3 associates for handling my deposit return and everytime they quote different amount for deductions. All the three aren't aware what they spoke to me. Total chaos. Still my rent deposit is stuck. If your letting agent is not countrywide, you are the happiest person on the planet. Run away in opposite direction if you see this company board anytime.
