Lee came out straight away to our leaking roof which we thought was a flat roof problem . After his inspection of the roof he showed me what was the probable cause of the leak which was the velux flashing . He returned as soon as the weather allowed . Lee came round on time, was very friendly, and described the work that needed doing. He replaced missing tiles, taking them from a part of the roof that was not visible, so they matched the existing ones, then put the new ones in the hidden area. This was instead of the easy option of just putting the new tiles where they were needed. He also repaired a broken tile elsewhere, that he noticed on the way out. Service: Roof repair
