        We had our Christmas party for families last night with over 100+ attending. As a co-organiser I was fretting how it was all going to turn out, but the location and the management made it such a breeze. Tables were all well laid out with comfortable (and new!) chairs. The hall and toilets were cleaned to a high standard. The owners were quite helpful and were at hand for the slightest query, Its a great location, fantastic value for money with good facilities (inc some cool mood lighting for parties). The owners were quite understanding (this is only the second Christmas party of this kind that we have had) even though we had over run somewhat in returning the hall. (Promise not to do it again!) Will recommend as its a great modern location for events of all kinds: personal, trade or clubs. My only regret is that we didnt have the budget to hire the really kitted up hall on the ground floor! Look forward to our next party next year at SM1 Grand Hall!
