        Unhelpful staff, not quite clued up on what gold actually is or how to check it! Went elsewhere and got exactly what i needed. First time using this place and will be the last.

        I have used Clarkes many times now to rhodium plate my wedding and engagement rings and their service never disappoints. My rings always come back looking sparkly and new. A great service with friendly staff. Thanks so much.

        Lovely staff helped me out, was expecting to pay for an adjustment on a watch but was done free of charge as it was an easy task for the lady. Gave great advice on some other repairs that she advised would be better from the manufacturer under warranty. A brilliant small business that cares about its customers more than money. Ill be using them for all my needs from now on!
