        The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

        I visited Fenton Ice-cream Sutton a few time and it was better before compare to latetest time visited. Waffle was overcooked plus they not waited long enough to let Waffle cool down before filling ice-cream in the waffle. This leaded ice-cream melted straight away before serving to customer. Also decorated topping on the ice-cream look awful. Hopefully it would be better on next visit as this is one of my favourite ice-cream shop in town.
