        I went in for a trim and half my hair was hacked off. It was so bad that when I saw my tricologist she asked if I had done it myself. Never have them use scissors on your hair and you may be alright.

        She was eating food and it stunk then try to do my hair with the same smelly fingers, ontop of that she tried to overcharge me because Im not coloured as if I dont know the prices
