        Annie in the skip permit department is an absolute asset to Sutton Council. The most helpful and knowledgeable person. I have had to speak with Annie on many occasions and everytime she is helpful and friendly

        Reported that my wheelie bin went missing over a month ago phone to chase 3 times still no sign of a replacement meanwhile having to carry around bin bags that attract foxes and rats. The ladies in waste control are polite and well meaning (thats the one star otherwise it wouldnt be a zero) but whoever they have a bin contract with is rubbish. This is the problem in general with local authorities they have contracted everything out to private providers who provide no service at a greater cost than if it was kept in house. I have no idea who runs councils but they seem to be completely incompetent with no business experience as they all over spend tax payers money.

        Hi I live in Sutton Surrey. Rang up the Sutton council to enquire if your council could dispose of my hall way dresser. One of you colleagues said that you only take items from out side the property. I mentioned that I'm disabled and she said could you neighbour I said no all the residents are elderly and can't help. How can a disabled person push a Unit down a corridor and down a lift. I would have thought that the council would be disability friendly. heat
