Dreadful customer service, extremely rude Asian man who scanned my parcel then refused to give it to me and told me that if I don't come again in two days he'll send it back. When I came to collect it two days later he said that he sent it back. After I told him that on the website it says that I collected the parcel he replied that it's not his problem. I had another parcel due to arrive in the shop but kept postponing and eventually was sent back to the sender. Coincidence? I don't think so. Worst experience I ever had, very ignorant careless staff. It's just makes me mad that people like this manage to run a business. I wish nothing good to them!
