I found one member of staff on the shop floor, tills closed, only one self service till open. Long queue in the post office, staff helpful there but all self service tills in the post office area have been closed for a few weeks

I visited today to use the post office which I thought was still at the top of Sutton so I had quite the walk! (Haven't been to a post office for years) The post office was ok, 2 men on tills, got seen very quick to pick up a form. I took a look around WHSmith, everything seemed presentable and well stocked. I could only see one person working, his name was Martin. I did approach him to ask a quetion whilst he was restocking, he was more then happy to help and had a great attitude considering it looked like he was lone working. I filled out my form and went back to the post office to send it off but this time I ended up in a queue of atleast 20 people. It took a while to get seen but I can't blame the two men workers at the tills they were doing their best. I interacted with both the workers at the tills, both were helpful. I wouldn't say happy though, I wouldn't be either if I didn't have the right amount of staff to help with the queue.
