        I have been visiting this bike shop for few years now, and had repairs carried on various bikes. Every time my experience is great. Each member of the stuff is always very professional. The service and repairs done on bike are perfect. I am grateful for their help and so happy to have bike shop so close.

        My electric cargo bike was due a service and I didn't want to trek all the way to London bridge to get it seen to. I looked up Balfe's bikes and saw that they service bikes with Bosch motors. Called them up, booked it in online and they did a great job. They gave the bike the service it required which was cheaper than the one I had booked and also offered some great customer service all round. I am very happy I found this store and they will be seeing me and my bike on many more occasions. If anyone has an electric bike, cargo bike or any other bike I would highly recommend this place.
