        This is a busy bank but has all the facilities to carry out any transactions quickly, including staff who are available at the counters for anything that can't be carried out at various terminals. Be prepared for a wait but the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Park at Morrisons or B and Q.

        A lady working there Called Zoe blond lady was standing infront of me for so long chatting to another lady about kids instead of helping and doing her job for about half an hour. She was staring at me and she could see that I needed assistance but she carried on talking and even mentioned that she doesnt have anything to do. Poor customer service. Its not the first this happens there should be more professionalism
