Posting for my son . My son who has autism and hearing loss was in Halifax in Sutton And told the member of staff this . In return the . The staff was very rude to my son told him not to shout at her . Wen he already told her .what was wrong . Then told him and his partner to go and sit in the chairs Halifax if this is how u deal with autistic people u need to retrain your staff and teach them some manners.

Me and my partner went to the bank today at 10.40am to get a statement the manager who was At the door told us to queue for the cashier and she would print out a statement however she was very rude as when we got up we waited in the queue she's she's demanded us to stand back and then a second worker and worker told us we have to behind the fence where there is no sign staying this Then when we got there my partner told her he had autism at Hearing loss and that there is no clear sign that tells him that there is a place to stand when when you're next in the queue then she told him not to shout even though he was not and shouted it him. Then she demanded us to sit in a chair for for half an hour to wait for someone else to see us even though when she asked the manager the manager had no idea about her not being able to print a statement she was very unprofessional and was very rude, it's a very rude and the whole team needs lots of re training If they are able to Run a bank efficiently. This situation was Easily avoidable if she knew how to deal with customers especially ones with hidden disabilities. We will never be going to this bank again. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
