        very rude and bad service. It never used to be like this. I miss the previous staff and management.

        Not the same place it used to be. The original staff are still lovely but more recent additions to the team are very rude and unable to show empathy to patients who may need extra support due to their health. When things go wrong it's always someone else's fault. Just plain old poor customer service . I used to go in and purchase gifts as well as medication but now would rather travel further to be treated more like a human being instead of a pain in arse!

        Crowded, busy, and disappointing. I'm not sure why this place went so downhill. Always used to get great service and support and help. I was told they have never sold something I bought from them before. I could barely get a word in edgeways to the pharmacist, and the advice was obviously unhelpful and seemed more interested in getting rid of me.
