        Numerous times I've rung and left messages and they simply don't answer their phone or ring back. Clearly they don't want business.

        Has been supplying my father for many years now.You could buy cheap inferior solid fuel online or at a megastore but will they carry it to your bunker in all weathers and offer such a wide range! Good reliable local service. EDIT:As someone else has said unfortunately they have been taken over. The level of service has gone right downhill and the last bags of coal we had were atrocious...sodden wet and full of dust!
