Very grumpy man at the counter. Greeted with a 'what do you want'. Left as fast as possible without buying anything.

I see a few bad reviews here, my experience was simply wonderful. Friendly and helpful young lady in the shop/post office/tea room. Plenty free parking, lovely location in a village, great to have this local facility. I shall return.

Disappointed with the terrible service. Middle aged man behind the counter, very rude and not interested in helping out. Funnily enough the same experience was had by my wife today and we've both decided to take our business elsewhere. The post office is connected to the Bell pub, and we'll be drinking elsewhere too from now on. Very sad to see such a rude bloke behind the counter. And NOT the first time either!

Great to have a local post office and the young woman behind the counter is cheerful, charming and helpful. Conversely, the man in charge has a strange disposition. I found his manner unfriendly, verging on agressive, not well suited to customer service.

went to send 2 items one day after another, both prepaid pre printed lables, both days the post office closes 30 mins before its actual closing time, there is someone in the post office and the door is locked, as i drive off, i notice behind me that they then re open the store for someone else to send another item, will start going out of my way to visit a different post office for sure
