Starbucks Drive Thru

Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes, said hello when no one spoke to us and got a rude response that the cafe was busy. The cafe was not busy. Ended up driving away and getting a drink from McDonalds next door instead.

The coffee at this Starbucks isnt good. The two times we have been the Americano and Latte have been very substandard compared to how a normal Starbucks should taste. A stale overly bitter coffee, like the coffee beans are not refreshed or kept poorly. They also dont make a good Matcha. Disappointing as otherwise this would be very convenient for some journeys we do.

Asked for a matcha latte which was made very Carelessly- bits at the bottom of it. I specified that I want minimal matcha powder as they made it too concentrated in the past. when I asked for more milk a barista gave me the milk and told me to top it up myself.

Was served by a lovely young lady named eden. Drink was made correctly and swiftly, will be returning again soon!
