    Beautiful location and stunning views; unfortunately there are negatives in particular inadequate parking spaces however ok if you have few visitors dont have large cars competent at parking into a small garage or parking bay ability to navigate your kids easily from their child seats in confined spaces The parking topic has been raised with NK management I am more than happy to update this review subject to concerns being addressed

    I'm not sure if this development was planned by professionals. Roads are tiny and the garages and parkings are even tinier. If two or more people are in the car, everyone except the driver must exit before parking and exiting the vehicle requires a tight squeeze. The lack of guest parking means parking elsewhere is not an option, and surprisingly, street parking is prohibited. The situation is worse than living in London, and I regret not being more careful when purchasing. If you have a small child, you have to stop your car before parking, then take your kid out from the car, ask them to stand there or bring them inside the house before returning to park the car. Imagine doing this for more than two children or if they just started to walking and running. I didn't want to post because this might depreciate the value of this development including mine but I had to.
