careful going with this company, they sign you up for 4 years for terminals in which you are locked and cannot exit without crazy fees. On the other hand they give you good rates for merchant services only for these rates to go up, merchant services can triple their rates, you can exit the merchant contract but you are locked in with the terminals for 4 years, which is where you get done good and proper. My recommendation is stay away .

Do not use this company have unwittingly paid them nearly 800 quid a year for nothing.....not my fault and they asked a 216 cancellation fee never used their card machine for a year would have thought they might have noticed no transactions in that period so far they were willing to give me 76 and stiil need to pay cancellation fee so for absolutely nothing i seem to have lost nearly a grand ...that i new feck all about.gobblers And their evalon branch can suck a fart oot ma arse as well .

If you are thinking of changing providers, DO NOT use this company. They sell their services well before you sign up but after that the rep wont return phone calls or emails. They are not helpful once you are in contract. We signed a 2 year contract, after they tried to change it from a 24 month one to 48!! It all went along ok until I went to cancel. Called to ask how was the best way to do this was. They were helpful on the phone, said to email them giving my details. Told me my contract ending on a certain day, my last payment date a I was in time for the months notice. Had to send this email twice to get a response, then they hit you. See below small copy of the response. Cancellation: There are no restocking fees, hidden charges or miscellaneous charges. With us you will give one years free notice period when you have one year remaining or to close the account immediately pay one years notice for the remainder of the service agreement to fulfil the terms and conditions of the service agreement. This will be at a cost of 273.48 VAT included. NO HIDDEN charges apart from condition 11. You have to give a years notice period!! Its hidden deep in the wording. This is not pointed out to you before you sign, I am sure its not as very very few people would sign. You have been warned, there are a lot of companies out there that only have one months notice period. Thinking about it, all the others I have used. Needless to say, I am now back with one of them. Please do yourself a favour and give this company a very wide birth.

It all went along ok until I went to cancel. Called to ask how was the best way to do this was. They were helpful on the phone, said to email them giving my details. Told me my contract ending on a certain day, my last payment date a I was in time for the months notice.
