        I had a wonderful experience finding a flat to rent through Urban Patchwork. Its not by chance that this agency has 5 stars on Google Reviews. Toby is incredible, very knowledgeable, and his love for the area is contagious! If you are looking to buy or rent near Canada Water, Rotherhithe, or surroundings, you must visit this real state agency! I couldnt recommend them more. They were completely honest and transparent throughout the process. I only trust Toby and his team to deal with estates from now on!

        Urban Patchwork are excellent. Ive rented properties all over the UK and theyre by far the best agents Ive ever dealt with as a tenant. Special mention to Paula, nothing is ever too much of a trouble and she really knows her stuff!

        Together with my wife we visited over 25 real estate agencies in London. The must human and friendly service was provided by far. They're not trying to push you hire to increase their commissions or make you feel low because you have a certain budget. Grateful being able to do business with Mr.Toby. Highly recommended

Toby understood perfectly what we were looking for to match the right property to us and suggested the best properties to view. Very professional, knowledgeable, honest, responsive, flexible, responded to our needs immediately to fix any issues, and always very friendly. The whole team provides a first class service to tenants and landlords. If you want an honest no-nonsense estate agent who you can trust completely then choose The Urban Patchwork Agency. By far the best real estate agency weve used in London ! Highly recommended !
