I joined in January 2023 and I'm loving it, I don't think I've consistently attended fitness classes like this in the last 10+ years. There's a variety of types of classes at different times of the day so it's easy to find a combination of sessions each week, to fit in with my other commitments. Working in pairs or groups, the exercises are demanding, while the instructors are encouraging and very friendly. I can challenge myself to different weights, times and reps, and I can see improvement in my form and ability. Best of all, BootcampSE16 motivates me to get my trainers on and get out there twice a week and I always feel better after the session. Remember, if it's raining, we're training!

I couldnt recommend BOOTCAMPSE16 enough! Such a great community and trainers. I aim to go 3 times a week, and feel my general fitness and strength improving each week. We meet in stave hill which is a lovely green area too.

The atmosphere in classes is fun, friendly and energetic. Trainers help you push yourself - I definitely do more than I thought I could and I even enjoy it.

It is the absolute best decision to join this bootcamp! All of the trainers are super experienced and truly look after everyone in the class. It's the best investment for your health, you get to spend time outdoors and it's also pet friendly! After many years looking for the perfect gym in London, I can say this Bootcamp is the best!

Been a member of Bootcamp SE16 for almost a year now and I'm absolutely loving it. Steph and all the trainers are incredibly encouraging, making me feel welcome and supported from day one, and even helping tailor sessions for me when I was coming back from a football injury. The atmosphere is great, with everyone supportive and friendly and every session varied so you never get bored. It can be tough but is never intimidating, with a whole range of fitness levels working out together. What I love most is the variety offered by the different trainers on each day of the week: you can focus on cardio, strength or a mixture of both by picking and choosing your weekly sessions on the app. Honestly, joining has made me feel fitter, happier and more connected to my local community, meeting all sorts of different brilliant people from the area and making use of one of London's most underrated parks (and views!). Far, far better than any gym membership I've ever had!
