        Booked for eyelash extensions through Treatwell, which requires you to book a patch test appointment at the same time. I booked mine for a Monday which was available on Treatwell. Walked down to the salon for the patch test and had to wait outside for 20 minutes, calling and knocking to no answer despite there clearly being someone's bag and coat in the salon. I had to leave as a thunderstorm had started and I was standing in the hail at this point, obviously not happy. I emailed the salon, who didn't apologise and then said it was an admin error on Treatwell and could I reschedule last minute. I then asked about rearranging / whether my eyelash appt was still possible in 2 days time, to get confirmation so it wouldn't happen again, and just didn't ever get a reply from the salon! Really bad customer service, especially for a first time customer. No apologies or concessions made to make up for their mistake and then just stopped emailing back when I asked and followed up to get confirmation for my actual appointment. Really disappointing and won't be returning back.
