Appalling customer service. Car went in with one issue and came out not running. Car passed previous MOT's without even having a rear wiper blade present!!! Charges 50 an hour but I don't think nowhere near worth it. I swore at him and told him to keep the car as it's pointless having and not being driveable. Not mature way to handle it but so angry after having it with him for over 4 weeks!!!!! Have been asked to remove as defamatory so updating it but my experience still stands. Car still being worked on and if received back to a satisfactory standard then I will update accordingly. Not being unfair, have had no car since November in effect. I liked to use Barry and he has been helpful in the past, but this has become intolerable.
