Disaster service, used twice prepaid no drivers and lying to your face the driver is outside then half an hour later they send another car late & that happens on the way to the airport so you will miss the flight!!!!!!

This company is so unreliable! avoid if you can. Booked a taxi to the airport for specific time, called them to confirm earlier on the day and nobody turned up! They cant locate drivers, useless and if you are in the hurry then this is not the service you can use. Disgrace!

Booked well in advance, 40 mins after the pickup time got a call saying they have no drivers.. despite being told one is on the way three times!

I e used station cars before and they were fine, but this time I had a nightmare. Like a lot of other reviewers, my car was 30 minutes late taking me to Gatwick airport. They tried to blame it on traffic! Then the driver informed me I had to pay cash even though I was told I could pay by card. The link they sent to me on a text message to pay didnt work. So despite being late we had to stop at a cash machine, and the driver suggested he also needed cash and would take a moment to take some out too! Definitely will not be using them again.
