I had a bit of a stiff neck for few days so decided to go for a session. Marcel was great, very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Thanks to Marcels massage not only my neck stiffness was completely gone but I also now feel really relaxed and sleep very well. Room and equipment super clean and everything to a high standard. I decided to make this a regular thing from now on given the benefits Ive seen. I highly recommend Marcel.

I first went to Strong For Life for a massage when I was looking to get back into my monthly massage routine. In the past I always went wherever had a Groupon deal and this is how I discovered Strong For Life. I had been having some health issues and knew that part of my healing process necessitated more attention be paid to my overall well-being. Marcel was very thorough during the initial consultation and that made him stand out against previous massage therapists I have used in the past; I felt reassured that he genuinely cares about his job and his clients. I continue to see Marcel on a monthly basis for my massages as he is easily able to tailor the type of massage I need from one month to the next.
