        The new online booking system is fantastic, they usually respond same day and the staff are all lovely. In person appointments are just as friendly, had a blood test with Mrs Catherine Janes today and she did a wonderful job. Helped me stay calm throughout and was very understanding.

        The new system of booking an appointment online to see your GP is fantastic. I filled out the online form, sent it back, and a receptionist called me within 5 minutes to say a gp would call me within a timeline. From filling the online form to talking with gp, it took about two hours. No more having to call at 8am to be held in a queue at number 18 to be told all appointments have gone.

        I've been using this surgery since i was young . All of the doctors are thorough and understanding. The nurses and reception staff are really lovely.
